In the November elections, American voters elected a republican president and republican majorities in the House of Representatives and the Senate. This win should allow them to implement their agenda if they stay united (to be determined), but the narrowness of their majorities could work against quick legislative success.

Many republicans, including President-elect Trump, are floating the idea of passing a “big, beautiful bill” through a process called “Budget Reconciliation” that contains many of their priorities (like Sassy’s extensive scroll) all in one bundle such as border security, tax cuts, spending cuts, etc.
